LowCountry Kidsitters wants to offer relationships, not just placements to the families of LowCountry Kidsitters. We strongly believe that an open, honest and committed relationship with your placement service is the foundation for a strong relationship with your babysitter. Finding the right person to look after your children can be an overwhelming task for all parents, that’s where we come in. Our placement team provides responsive service to save you precious time.

For over sixteen years LowCountry Kidsitters has been providing families and sitters with an easy, stress-free way to find each other. Now under new ownership since Feburary 2011, we guarantee to offer local families and visitors of the LowCounty outstanding service! At LowCountry Kidsitters, exceptional child care and fun are the building blocks for happy children. And, we believe strongly that a sitter's role is to provide a loving, caring and nurturing environment for your children. Most important is that you, as parents, can feel safe leaving your most precious possession in our sitters’ care!

We know every child care situation is unique; we go to great lengths to get to know your family and meticulously screen our Sitters. Each sitter is interviewed extensively, in person and references are thoroughly checked. Every sitter is screened through the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, Sex Offender Registry and South Carolina Central Registry of Child Abuse and Neglect Center. Additionally, all sitters must be at least 19 years of age; they must be able to provide their own transportation, proof of insurance, DMV/MVR records and proof of residence.
